Practice Tips:

Don't be lazy with the vowels!
Proper vowel production is essential to good tone and blend. Work to build the habit of constant vowel-awareness -- for any given word, know what vowel sound to listen for and how you need to shape your mouth in order to produce the appropriate sound.
